Please note that we do not offer exchanges for products. In the event that you encounter sizing issues or any other concerns, we are happy to offer you a full refund for the purchase price of the item provided the purchased item is in the same condition as it was when delivered, with all tags intact. This refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Once the refund is processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the correct size or desired item. To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer support within 6 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
